Shipping Policy

UK orders

All UK orders are free and posted using Royal Mail standard delivery. Items will therefore take 3-5 days to reach you. Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer an express service right now.

Orders worth £100 and over will be sent first class (tracked) via Royal Mail.

International orders

It is now possible to order from the USA and Canada. Unfortunately I now have to increase the set fee for international delivery to £25 to make sure I am able to send larger parcels. I therefore recommend making a minimum order of £100 for all those international deliveries.

I am unfortunately unable to deliver anywhere else.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your items please contact me. To get a full refund, please return your items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please make sure you keep your proof of postage.
